WIN BIG...and help out your local fishery and Lake Association

Rules

Your president and vice president (and spouses) are barred from entering. All other Oxbow Lake property owners are eligible to play. Your task is to guess when a fish crib (6' x 6' x 4.5') sinks beneath the surface of Peaceful Bay (the side of the Bay where Stu and Pam Whipple live) during spring melt. The fish crib will be assembled on the ice when it is thick enough to support a tractor used to haul out the logs. An attached flag disappearing beneath the surface in the spring marks the time of “ice out” and the winner will earn 50% of the entrant donations. The other half will add to our Invasive Species Mitigation fund. Your donation is $10 per guess. Your time must be AT or BEFORE sinkage. If you guess a time after it sinks you are all wet. Tied entries will divide the 50% winnings. Deadline for entry is March 1st, 2017.

Print, complete, and mail the entry form with a $10 check to:

Enter your guess for Month, Day, Hour and Minute when the fish crib flag disappears beneath the surface. (Note: any time between 10 PM and 7 AM will be counted as 7 AM of that following morning—I am not staying up all night to watch if it sinks.) Stu Whipple will NOT know what your entry says.

You will be notified via email soon after the fish crib sinks as to the winner and time
